CCD means code compliance documentation as described in ASME A17.7, Section 2.10.
Virginia venture capital account means an investment fund that has been certified by the
TP means fibre network termination point at the Installation Address.
Joint Venture Company means any Subsidiary of the Company or any other Person of which 50% or less than 50% of the outstanding Voting Stock or participation is held by the Company or its Subsidiaries, whose Equity Interest is held directly or indirectly by the Company and one or more third parties that are not Affiliates of the Company for the purpose of directly or indirectly bidding new projects, including such Subsidiaries or Persons of the Company whose activities are governed by a joint venture agreement with one or more third parties that are not Affiliates of the Company.
OEHHA in the amount of $1,500; and (2) “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx” in the amount of $500.
CW means current City of Winnipeg Standard Construction Specification;
CSC means the Civil Service Commission of the City and County of San Francisco.
Motorsport Australia means the Confederation of Australia Motor Sport Ltd. trading as Motorsport Australia;
NBME means the National Board of Medical Examiners, an organization that prepares and administers qualifying examinations, either independently or jointly with other organizations.
APCEC means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
Venture capital fund means a private fund that meets the definition of a venture capital fund in SEC Rule 203(l)-1, 17 C.F.R. § 275.203(l)-1.
NAAC means the National Academic and Accreditation Council established by the Commission under section 12(ccc) of the Act;
Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
UHAC means the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 et seq.
CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
BW means the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek);
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Event of withdrawal of a general partner means an event that causes a person to cease to be a general partner as provided in section 402.
Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:
Charter Capital means the amount of capital contributed by all Shareholders and mentioned in Article 5 of this Charter.
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
In-stream Waste Concentration or "(IWC)" means the concentration of a discharge in the receiving water after mixing has occurred in the allocated zone of influence.
DBSA means the Development Bank of Southern Africa Limited.
CSF means the cost-sharing formula set by the Funders Forum designed to cover System Costs through equitable apportionment across all CGIAR Funders.
Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.
Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.
