Maintenance Employee(s means any person who was or is employed by AvalonBay in one or more of the non-exempt positions with the following titles at any AvalonBay property in the State of New York, during the applicable statute of limitations period(s) set forth in Section 4, below:

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:
