Maintenance Funds definition

Maintenance Funds means the amount on deposit from time to time in the Maintenance Account.
Maintenance Funds refers to the amount of money which will be used for the purpose of maintenance of Shared Ownership Portion of Apartment Building as specified in the Contract;
Maintenance Funds is defined in Section 3.03A of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Maintenance Funds

Maintenance Funds means any money and real or personal property held by a nonperpetual cemetery under the terms of this chapter, and any accumulated income allocated to principal.
