Maintenance Items definition

Maintenance Items means any Add-on Hardware, or any Add-on Software, in respect of which Unit Annual Maintenance Charge has been quoted in the Relevant Schedule for such Add-on Hardware or Add-on Software, and that it is further confirmed to that it shall continue to receive Maintenance Services after the Warranty Period in the Order for such Item(s), and “Maintenance Item” means any one of them. “Maintenance Period” means in respect of each Batch of Items, the period specified in the Brief under the heading “Maintenance Requirement” including Warranty Period commencing from the Acceptance Date for such batch, unless earlier terminated or extended.‌ “Maintenance Services” means the maintenance services to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to all applicable provisions of the Contract including Clause 15 of the Conditions of Contract, Schedule 11 of the Contract Schedules and the Reference Maintenance Service Requirements for IT Products.‌ “Order” means either (a) an order for Item(s) as stated in the Brief; or (b) an order for Item(s) which may from time to time issued by the Government B/D Representative within the applicable period specified in Clause 3.1 of the Conditions of Contract.‌ “Overall Specifications” means in relation to each of the Items, the specifications set out in the Brief, the Schedules of Contract Schedules, the GITP Basic Requirements, the Contractor Offered Specifications, and any specifications published by the Contractor or the manufacturers or developers in respect of the Items and attached to the Proposal or otherwise published by the manufacturer.‌ “Performance Criteria” means the performance criteria which the System shall fulfil as specified in the Brief.‌ “Price” or “Contract Price” means in relation to a batch of Items or any quantity thereof, the aggregate Unit Purchase Prices and/or‌
Maintenance Items has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4.1 of Schedule 3.
Maintenance Items as used herein, means all items that the tenant is responsible to maintain under the Lease (i.e., all items, other than the structural elements of the building comprising a portion of the Property (the “Building”), including, without limitation, the footings, foundation, structural beams and supports, floor slabs and load bearing walls.

Examples of Maintenance Items in a sentence

  • The parties hereby agree that Landlord shall complete such Deferred Maintenance Items prior to the Commencement Date at Landlord’s sole expense.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Tenant shall not be responsible for and Landlord and Prime Landlord hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenant against (i) any conditions existing at the Premises prior to the Commencement Date and (ii) any obligations or matters arising or accruing prior to the Commencement Date, including, without limitation, the Deferred Maintenance Items, injury to person or property and the release of Hazardous Materials at the Premises.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Section 2.3 to the contrary, if the parties are unable to agree upon the initial Deferred Maintenance Items (as that term is defined in Section 9.2(c)(ii) below for the River Valley Facility to be included on Exhibit “E”, the sole remedy of the parties shall be to exclude the River Valley Facility from the Portfolio.

  • As additional space is filled throughout the Land, the Tenant’s share of the total cost of Common Area Maintenance Items performed by Landlord shall be reduced to reflect the actual percentage of occupied space on the Veteran’s Administration Campus represented by the Premises.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Lease, if the parties are unable to agree upon the Deferred Maintenance Items prior to the Commencement Date, either party may terminate this Lease upon written notice to the other party.

  • Landlord shall determine in its sole discretion the scope and timing of the performance of such Landlord Maintenance Items, and Tenant shall not perform such Landlord Maintenance Items.

  • These items shall be known throughout this Lease as Common Area Maintenance Items.

  • Tenant shall be responsible for payment of its share of Landlord Landlord’s costs for Common Area Maintenance Items, which share shall equal 10.25% of the total cost of Common Area Maintenance Items performed by Landlord throughout the Veterans Administration Campus.

  • Any item of Work not included under the Patrol Repairs and Maintenance Items 1 – 3 will be considered SLO work.

Related to Maintenance Items

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Inspection Report shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 15.2; “Maintenance Manual” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,
