Updates as defined in the Support & Maintenance Policy are deemed part of the Subscription.
If Customer is (i) not using a Current release of the Cloud Service Software or (ii) has less than nine (9) months remaining (as of the start date of the Order Form) until the release is no longer Current, Customer shall upgrade its production environment of the Cloud Service Software to the Current release as described in SAP’s RISE Limited Maintenance Policy available at https://www.sap.com/about/agreements/policies.html.
All such persons must comply with the Boating Ontario Clean Marine Boat Maintenance Policy or similar program including the possession of valid suitable insurance which contains environmental coverage as well as appropriate Worker’s Compensation.
