Vacation leave without pay will be computed for automatic increases according to Section 19.6. Preference for scheduling vacation leave without pay will be according to seniority of Maintenance Test Pilots who are eligible for and seeking such leave.
When enough qualified volunteers are not available, assignment will be given to the least senior qualified Maintenance Test Pilot.
