Major Decision Rights definition

Major Decision Rights means, the right to, directly or indirectly, approve, consent to, veto or exercise a vote in connection with a Person’s voting or other decision-making authority in respect of the collective rights, options, elections or obligations of such Person under a Joint Venture.
Major Decision Rights means any approval or consent rights granted to the Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries regarding operation and management matters of any Mortgagor or Mortgaged Property, which for the avoidance of doubt do not include Servicing Rights.
