Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:
Security Details means any security procedure you follow or use to give or authorise an instruction, confirm your identity or access a Device or certain functionality on that Device (for example a passcode, access code, security code, or biometric data such as a fingerprint).
Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:
contact details means sufficient details including but not limited to a name, surname, telephone number – business or private, e-mail address, postal and residential addresses that will enable a Municipality or organ of state to contact a person for purposes of executing their functions in terms of the Act or this By-law and in so far as it relates to an organ of state, the details of a contact person within the employ of the organ of state;
Essential Details means the required details in order for the Company to be able to place the Order for example but not limited to Opening Position/Closing Position/Cancelling/Amending, the Underlying Asset, style/name of the Order, volume, market direction, price, validity, Stop Loss/Take Profit (if desired).
Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.
Wind-Down Budget means a budget to be prepared by the Debtors, and reasonably acceptable to the Deerfield Requisite Supporting Noteholders, the Unaffiliated Requisite Supporting Noteholders, and the Committee, which shall be filed with the Court as part of the Plan Supplement, and which may be amended from time to time after entry of the Confirmation Order, subject to the consent of the Oversight Committee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and which shall estimate the funds necessary to administer the Plan and wind down the Debtors’ affairs, including the costs of holding and liquidating the Estates’ remaining property, objecting to Claims, making the Distributions required by the Plan, prosecuting claims and Causes of Action that may be held by the Estates against third parties that are not released, waived or transferred pursuant to the Plan (including pursuant to Article X) or otherwise, paying Taxes, filing Tax returns, paying professionals’ fees and expenses, paying the fees and expenses of the Oversight Committee, funding payroll and other employee costs, providing for the purchase of errors and omissions insurance and/or other forms of indemnification for the Plan Administrator, and for all such items and other costs of administering the Plan, the Estates and the Liquidating Debtors (other than the Administrative and Priority Claims Reserve, the Disputed Claims Reserve, and the Professional Fee Reserve).
System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. System Protection Facilities: “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility. Major disaster means any natural catastrophe (including any hurricane, tornado, storm, high water, winddriven water, tidal wave, tsunami, earthquake, volcanic eruption, landslide, mudslide, snowstorm, or drought), or, regardless of cause, any fire, flood, or explosion, in any part of the United States, which in the determination of the President causes damage of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant major disaster assistance under this Act to supplement the efforts and available resources of States, local governments, and disaster relief organizations in alleviating the damage, loss, hardship, or suffering caused thereby.
Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;
Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.
Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.
Table of Product Details means the table attached to these Terms and Conditions which contains the definitions in relation to each series of Securities.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Additional Business Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Major Country means the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Major EU Country means one or more of the following countries within the European Union: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
frequency ride through as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over- frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis. The term “voltage ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-voltage and over-voltage conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis.
