The Base Case Structural Assets Major Maintenance Plan attached as Exhibit U and any subsequent Structural Assets Major Maintenance Plans furnished with the Life Cycle Maintenance Plan will provide a description of all Major Maintenance to be undertaken for each Structural Asset of the Existing Project Assets, the estimated costs and timing for performing Major Maintenance of each Structural Asset, and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Department.

The Borrower and HubCo shall conduct the operations of the Project in accordance, in all material respects, with the Financing Documents and the Major Project Documents, the Operating Plan, the Major Maintenance Plan, the O&M Budget, Applicable Law, any applicable Required Approvals, and Prudent Industry Practice.
