Major Maintenance Plan definition

Major Maintenance Plan means a description and schedule of planned expenditures and activities such as internal inspections and cleanings, component replacements, or repairs performed on major equipment or systems of the Project, as recommended by the original equipment manufacturers and Prudent Industry Practices for the purpose of extending the life and reliable operation of the asset for a period greater than one year. The Major Maintenance Plan for the next ten years will be submitted as a section or attachment to the Omnibus Report.
Major Maintenance Plan has the meaning given in Section 5.15.5.
Major Maintenance Plan has the meaning given in Section 5.12.4 of the Credit Agreement.

Examples of Major Maintenance Plan in a sentence

  • The Base Case Structural Assets Major Maintenance Plan attached as Exhibit U and any subsequent Structural Assets Major Maintenance Plans furnished with the Life Cycle Maintenance Plan will provide a description of all Major Maintenance to be undertaken for each Structural Asset of the Existing Project Assets, the estimated costs and timing for performing Major Maintenance of each Structural Asset, and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Department.

  • Borrowers shall perform all Major Maintenance substantially in accordance with the then-current Major Maintenance Plan and in all material respects in accordance with the provisions of the Operative Documents.

  • The Borrower and HubCo shall conduct the operations of the Project in accordance, in all material respects, with the Financing Documents and the Major Project Documents, the Operating Plan, the Major Maintenance Plan, the O&M Budget, Applicable Law, any applicable Required Approvals, and Prudent Industry Practice.

  • Such amounts are being used to pay Major Maintenance Costs in accordance with the Major Maintenance Plan.

  • The County, in coordination with the Cities, will prepare a Capital Improvement and Major Maintenance Plan (“CIMMP”) by year 10 of the term of this MOU.

  • Not later than December 31, 2020 and not later than December 31 of each year thereafter, the Borrower shall submit the Major Maintenance Plan to the Collateral Agent.


More Definitions of Major Maintenance Plan

Major Maintenance Plan means a plan setting out the Borrower's strategy and approach for major maintenance for the Project delivered to DOE as of the Execution Date, as such plan is updated by the Borrower from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Major Maintenance Plan means the plan prepared by the Partnership in accordance with clause (b) of Section 8.01 of this Agreement describing the next scheduled Major Maintenance.
Major Maintenance Plan means the budget and schedule delivered by the applicable Repauno Entity to, and approved by, the Technical Advisor for Major Maintenance Costs.
Major Maintenance Plan has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.01(n) (Project Plans).
