Major Process Change. As a minimum: i. Configuration changes have occurred (First Article Inspection applies only to the specific configuration changes) ii. Examples of Major Process Change in a sentence

  • A subsequent First Article Inspection is required per Xxxxxxxx’s procedures, as a minimum, whenever there has been a Major Process Change.

  • If Silan wishes to make a Major Process Change it shall inform Sipex in writing at least ninety (90) days in advance of the proposed change setting forth the nature of the change and Silan's reasons for wanting to make such change and any anticipated changes to the manufacturing costs or price of a Sipex Product resulting from such Major Process Change.

  • If Sipex does not respond in five (5) Business Days in accordance with the foregoing, the Major Process Change as described in the Silan notice shall be deemed approved.

  • A subsequent FAI is required per Xxxxxxxx’s procedures, at a minimum, whenever there has been a Major Process Change.

  • If Sipex does respond within five (5) Business Days in accordance with the foregoing, Silan shall not make any Major Process Change unless it is approved by Sipex in writing.

  • A subsequent First Article Inspection is required per Battelle’s procedures, as a minimum, whenever there has been a Major Process Change.

  • Once Product Qualification is successfully completed with respect to a Sipex Product, Silan shall not make any changes to the manufacturing process that do or could reasonably be expect to affect product quality, price, performance or yield for that Sipex Product (such change, a "Major Process Change") without Sipex's prior written consent.

Related to Major Process Change

  • Major processor means a user processing, handling, or manufacturing radioactive material exceeding Type A quantities as unsealed sources or material, or exceeding four times Type B quantities as sealed sources, but does not include nuclear medicine programs, universities, industrial radiographers, or small industrial programs. Type A and B quantities are defined in 10 CFR 71.4.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of breakage provisions, and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of such Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes means, with respect to any SOFR Rate, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the interest period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Administrator decides, from time to time, may be appropriate to adjust such SOFR Rate in a manner substantially consistent with or conforming to market practice (or, if the Administrator decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrator determines that no market practice exists, in such other manner as the Administrator determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Major Change means any event or proposed modification that, in the opinion of the Fund, will involve a major change in, or a restructuring of, a Funded Activity’s scope, structure, design or objectives, including a reallocation of GCF Proceeds beyond the threshold set out in the relevant FAA affecting the Funded Activity’s scope or objectives, or any other change that substantially alters the purpose or benefit of the Funded Activity, in each case, as may be described in detail in the relevant FAA;

  • Successor Rate Conforming Changes means with respect to any proposed Successor Rate, any spread adjustments or other conforming changes to the timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters as may be appropriate, in the discretion of Administrative Agent, to reflect the adoption of such Successor Rate and to permit the administration thereof by Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice.

  • Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.

  • Conforming Changes means, with respect to either the use or administration of Term SOFR or the use, administration, adoption or implementation of any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “U.S. Government Securities Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period” or any similar or analogous definition (or the addition or deletion of a concept of “interest period”), timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of Section 8.04(b) and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides (in consultation with the Borrower) may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of any such rate or to permit the use and administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of any such rate exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides (in consultation with the Borrower) is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • LIBOR Successor Rate Conforming Changes means, with respect to any proposed LIBOR Successor Rate, any conforming changes to the definition of Base Rate, Interest Period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters as may be appropriate, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, to reflect the adoption of such LIBOR Successor Rate and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent determines that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or that no market practice for the administration of such LIBOR Successor Rate exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent determines in consultation with the Borrower).

  • Specified anatomical areas means and includes:

  • Tender Process means the procurement process for this Tender as set out in the Tender Document herein.

  • Critical Service Failure shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4 of the Order Form;

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
