major trading partner definition

major trading partner means any developed country, or any country accounting for a share of world merchandise exports above 1 percent in the year before the entry into force of the free trade agreement referred to in paragraph 3, or any group of countries acting individually, collectively or through a free trade agreement accounting collectively for a share of world merchandise exports above 1.5 percent in the year before the entry into force of the free trade agreement referred to in paragraph 3.
major trading partner means a trading partner that accounts for more than 2% of the Group's annual consolidated operating revenue in the most recent fiscal year.
