Majority of the Trustees definition

Majority of the Trustees means a majority of the Trustees in office at the time in question. At any time at which there shall be only one (1) Trustee in office, such term shall mean such Trustee.

The Trustees may appoint committees of Trustees and delegate powers to them as provided in the Regulations. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration of Trust, any action of any such committee may be taken at a meeting at which a quorum is present by vote of a majority of the members present or without a meeting by written consent of a majority of all the members.

  • At any time that there are no Shares outstanding of any particular Series or Class previously established and designated, the Trustees may by an instrument executed by a Majority of the Trustees (or by an officer of the Trust pursuant to the vote of a Majority of the Trustees) terminate such Series or Class and the establishment and designation thereof and the authorization of its Shares (a “Certificate of Termination”).
