The first Auditors shall be appointed by Resolution of Directors; subsequent Auditors shall be appointed by a Resolution of Shareholders or by a Resolution of Directors, provided that the appointment of the Auditor shall be approved by the Majority Series A Shareholders, the Majority Series B Shareholders, the Majority Series C Shareholders, the Majority Series D Shareholders, the Majority Series E Shareholders, the Majority Series F Shareholders and the Majority Series F-1 Shareholders.
