Majority Series B Holders definition

Majority Series B Holders means the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting power of the outstanding Series B Preferred Shares, voting together as a single class.
Majority Series B Holders means the holders of more than fifty percent (50%) of the then outstanding Series B Preferred Shares, and the Conversion Shares issued upon conversion thereof, on a fully-diluted and as-converted basis.
Majority Series B Holders means, collectively, the Stockholders holding at least a majority of the then-outstanding shares of Series B Preferred Stock.
