MAKO Business has the meaning given to it in the Contribution Agreement.

  • Nothing in this Section 4.4 shall be deemed to require MAKO to maintain or pay any Minimum Royalties with respect toe Licensed Patents that MAKO (a) deems in its sole discretion no longer necessary to conduct the MAKO Business and (b) renounces pursuant to Section 4.6.
