Malaysian Rules definition

Malaysian Rules means all relevant rules, bye-laws, customs, practices, notices, directives and regulations for the time being of the Securities Commission, Bursa Securities, Bursa Clearing, Bursa Depository, Bank Negara Malaysia and all other governmental or regulatory authorities, whether having the force of law or not, and all applicable laws in Malaysia including but not limited to the Securities Laws and all rules, regulations, notices promulgated under thereunder. References to any rules, practices, notices, directives and regulations and/or applicable law shall be deemed to include references to such rules, practices, notices, directives and regulations or applicable law as re-enacted, amended or extended and any subordinate legislation (as the case may be) enacted from time to time under it;
Malaysian Rules means all relevant rules, bye-laws, customs, practices, notices, directives and regulations for the time being of the SC, Bursa Derivatives, Bursa Clearing, BNM and all other governmental or regulatory authorities, whether having the force of law or not, and all applicable laws in Malaysia including but not limited to the Act and all relevant rules, regulations, notices issued pursuant to the Act. References to any rules, practices, notices, directives and regulations and/or applicable law shall be deemed to include references to such rules, practices, notices, directives and regulations or applicable law as re-enacted, amended or extended and any subordinate legislation (as the case may be) enacted from time to time under it;

References to any rules, practices, notices, directives and regulations and/or applicable law shall be deemed to include references to such rules, practices, notices, directives and regulations or applicable law as re- enacted, amended or extended and any subordinate legislation (as the case may be) enacted from time to time under it;

  • AML Legislation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.16(a).

  • Local legislative body means a common council, village board of trustees or town board of supervisors.

  • Swedish Kronor and "SEK" means the lawful currency of Sweden.

  • JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.
