Mall Management Agreement definition
Mall Management Agreement means that certain Management Agreement between LVSI and Mall Operator pursuant to which Mall Operator has agreed to perform certain management services related to the Mall, as the same has been assigned to Mall Subsidiary and subsequently to New Mall Subsidiary.
