Malt beverages. : means all fermented beverages of any name
Malt beverages means all fermented beverages of any name or description manufactured for sale from malt, wholly or in part, or from any substitute therefor, known as, among other things, beer, ale, or lager, containing not less than one percent nor more than 16 percent alcohol by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Malt beverages means malt or sorghum beverage(s) of any type, including beer, ale, xxxxx and lager, where the malt beverage is produced by a process of fermentation or yeast contact (but not including distilled beverages such as whisky).

The holder of the certificate of approval or the manufacturer shall certify to the Liquor Control Board the terminal specific gravity of the beverage when the alcohol content is more than six percent.
