Malus and Clawback Policy definition

Malus and Clawback Policy means the Rentokil Initial plc Malus and Clawback Policy (as amended from time to time) and “Malus” and “Clawback” will be understood accordingly;
Malus and Clawback Policy means the Company’s policy from time to time on the recoupment of value from current or former employees in connection with the Plan which is applicable to the Participant;
Malus and Clawback Policy means the policy guidelines on the application of malus and clawback to the Group's variable remuneration arrangements, as approved by the Committee and as varied from time to time;

Malus and Clawback Policy means a policy approved by the RemCom from time to time which gives the RemCom the discretion to recoup a cash value equivalent to the Vesting Price (also referred to as “Clawback”) and to reduce and/or cancel any unvested and/or unpaid Grants (also referred to as “Malus”) upon the occurrence of a Malus Trigger Event;

Malus and Clawback Policy means the InterContinental Hotels Group PLC Malus and Clawback Policy (as amended from time to time) and “Malus” and “Clawback” will have the meanings given in the Malus and Clawback Policy;
Malus and Clawback Policy means such policy or policies in place for the purposes of adjusting and/or recovering remuneration, including the InterContinental Hotels Group PLC Malus and Clawback Policy (as amended from time to time), and any provisions or policies adopted to comply with the requirements of applicable law (including, without limitation, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act), and “Malus” and “Clawback” will have the meanings given in the Malus and Clawback Policy;
