MAN Agreement definition
MAN Agreement means, collectively, that certain Strategic Cooperation Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2004, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, dated as of December 3, 2004, that certain Genesis Engine Project Development and License Agreement, dated as of December 3, 2004, and that certain Supply Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2007, each by and between MAN and International Truck and Engine Corporation.
