Man Day Rate(s) definition
Man Day Rate(s) means the charge payable in respect of each Working Day, or part thereof, of resource provided, by Xilema, in the provision of the Services on a time and materials basis and shall mean Xilema’s rates prevailing at the time of provision unless otherwise stated in the Engagement Letter or Statement of Work.

Change Requests shall be priced using the Man Day Rate(s) and unless specified in the Change Request to the contrary, any sums due shall be invoiced monthly in arrears.
