Managed Investments definition

Managed Investments means managed investment schemes as defined in the Corporations Act 2001.
Managed Investments means the total value of the Fund’s assets (including any assets attributable to money borrowed for investment purposes) plus any unfunded investment commitments (i.e., amounts committed to Fund Investments that have not yet been drawn for investment), minus the sum of the Fund’s accrued liabilities (other than money borrowed for investment purposes), minus cash and cash equivalents. The Investment Management Fee will be computed as of the last day of each calendar quarter and will be due and payable in arrears within fifteen business days after the end of such calendar quarter. Compensation will be paid to the Adviser before giving effect to any repurchase of beneficial interests in the Fund effective as of that date. The Adviser may, in its discretion and from time to time, waive all or a portion of its fee.
Managed Investments means, collectively, the Collateral Debt Obligations and the Eligible Investments.
