Managed IT Services or “MITS” means the service of providing managed information technology services and related Products as set forth in a Quote.

Related to Managed IT Services

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • IT Services means the development, operation and maintenance of advanced internet networking and data services through ownership or lease of any and all systems, equipment, technology or means and methods necessary to provide competitive, up-to-date IT services to Members and non-Member LGUs.
