Managed Portfolios definition

Managed Portfolios means any client portfolio of Context subject to an Investment Management Agreement or similar agreement between Context and a client.
Managed Portfolios means the portfolio management services provided by iFAST in accordance with the terms and conditions as determined by iFAST from time to time;
Managed Portfolios means the portfolio management services provided by iFAST to the Customer, whereby iFAST exercises absolute discretion with respect to the investments or managements of the Customer’s assets in accordance with the terms and conditions as determined by iFAST from time to time;

Related to Managed Portfolios

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Managed Assets means the total assets of the Trust (including any assets attributable to money borrowed for investment purposes) minus the sum of the Trust’s accrued liabilities (other than money borrowed for investment purposes).

In addition, preclearance is exempt with Managed Accounts, however, all trades still require reporting and duplicate statements and confirmations are required to be sent to the Compliance Department. Preclearance is only exempt for trades initiated by the wrap manager. All trades initiated by the employee require preclearance.

  • Managed Account means an account of a client for which a person or company makes the investment decisions if that person or company has discretion to trade in securities for the account without requiring the client’s express consent to a transaction;
