Managed Print Services definition

Managed Print Services or “MPS” means the imaging and printing services as identified in this SOW.
Managed Print Services means a bundle of products or services offered directly or indirectly to a customer (or potential customer) primarily for the purpose of managing or optimizing the customer’s document output, which may include needs assessment; selective or general replacement of hardware; site optimization for performance, cost and service levels; management of devices (move, add, change, or dispose); management and delivery of supplies and consumables; provision of services, parts and supplies required to operate new or existing hardware; delivery of break or fix service; tracking and analysis of customer usage; and deployment of Xerox Service Management (XSM) tools including the XSM suite and related applications.
Managed Print Services. – shall mean the Proposer-provided system that provides cost- effective and efficient management of copying, printing, faxing, and scanning functions entity- wide, including installation, maintenance, products, services, training, consultation, billing, reporting, and consumables other than paper.

Managed Print Services. (or MPS) means a service-based method of delivering overall management and optimization of any print equipment needs of an agency. MPS may include providing a print assessment, managing equipment and supplies (excluding paper), usage monitoring, analysis, reporting, and maintenance and service.
Managed Print Services. (“MPS”): Purchasing Entities are subject to the Contractor “Managed Print Service Level Agreement”. Contractor’s service level agreements and scope of services is provided in Participating Addendum Exhibit B (This Exhibit B is also found in the Master Agreement as Attachment F). Contractor(s) may not provide MPS maintenance or repair Services on any Devices that are being leased or rented to a Purchasing Entity by another Manufacturer, unless they have a written agreement with the Manufacturer to do so. All MPS engagements shall require the Contractor and Purchasing Entity to complete a detailed statement of work template, like the format provided in the NASPO ValuePoint RFP Exhibit F “MPS Statement of Work” and attached hereto as Participating Addendum Exhibit C (MPS Statement of Work Agreement), This agreement must be approved by both parties prior to the initiation of any engagement. Related to Managed Print Services

  • Relevant Services means the performance of any services of the type provided by the Company, its Affiliates and/or their predecessors at any time, past, present or future, including, but not limited to, consulting services, technology services, and/or outsourcing services.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Portfolio Management Services means management of the investment and reinvestment of the assets belonging to the Series, consisting specifically of the following:

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.
