Managed Registration Information definition

Managed Registration Information means the information provided by the Authority to the Supplier in accordance with the Framework Agreement, as updated by the Supplier from time to time. Maximum Consumption in respect of a Supply Point, means the maximum quantities of natural gas to be supplied to such Supply Point in any hour, Month, Day or Year as specified in the Managed Registration Information.
Managed Registration Information means the information provided by the Authority to the Supplier substantially in the form set out in Annex 1 to Schedule 3.
Managed Registration Information means the information provided by the Authority to the Supplier substantially in the form set out in Annex 2 to Schedule 7 of the Framework Agreement.

Examples of Managed Registration Information in a sentence

  • For the purposes of such Registration the Supplier shall use the Managed Registration Information which the Authority provides to it in accordance with Schedule 3 or, in the case of Site Works and Installation Services carried out by the Supplier, the Supply Point Information obtained by the Supplier in respect of such Site Works and Installation Services.

  • The Authority or the Customer, as the case may be shall, together with such notice, provide to the Supplier the Managed Registration Information in respect of the additional Customer Supply Points.

  • The Supplier shall not commence any application for Registration in respect of a Supply Point without giving prior written notice to the Authority of its intention to do so and, together with such notice, the Supplier shall provide the Managed Registration Information for that Supply Point if the Supplier has the Managed Registration Information for that Supply Point in its possession, in addition to any other information which the Authority may reasonably require.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Supplier shall be deemed to have been given notice of the Appointment of a Metering Agent by the Customer if the Managed Registration Information identifies that such Appointment has been made.

  • The Customer may at any time request that the Supplier send an invoice or a copy of an invoice to an address that is different to the address identified in the Managed Registration Information provided that the address on the invoice remains the address of the Customer.

  • Within ten (10) Working Days of the date on which a New Customer enters into a Customer Access Agreement with the Authority, the Authority shall provide the Supplier with: an instruction requiring the Supplier to enter into a Supply Contract with the New Customer; the Managed Registration Information for the New Customer; and the Interim Supply Period, if the New Customer wishes to take electricity on an interim basis.

  • The Authority shall, together with such notice, provide to the Supplier the Managed Registration Information in respect of the additional Customer Supply Points.

  • For the purposes of the Registration, the Supplier shall use the Managed Registration Information which the Authority provides to it in accordance with Schedule 3 or, in the case of Site Works and Installation Services carried out by the Supplier, the Supply Point Information obtained by the Supplier in respect of such works.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable after the Commencement Date, the Authority shall (save to the extent the Supplier already has it) notify the Supplier of the Managed Registration Information for each Existing Customer (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the MPRs for each of the Meters included in all Supply Points at each of the Customer’s Sites).

  • If the Customer becomes aware that the information specified in Part 1 of the Managed Registration Information in respect of a Metering Point has materially altered for whatever reason and such alteration is not temporary, transitory or a short-term occurrence, the Customer shall promptly inform the Authority and the Supplier of such variation.

Related to Managed Registration Information

  • Registration Information means information about an individual that is collected for the purpose of registering the individual for the provision of health services, and includes the individual’s health services number and any other number assigned to the individual as part of a system of unique identifying numbers that is prescribed in the regulations.

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Piggy-Back Registration is defined in Section 2.2.1.

  • Registration Statement means any registration statement that covers the Registrable Securities pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, including the Prospectus included in such registration statement, amendments (including post-effective amendments) and supplements to such registration statement, and all exhibits to and all material incorporated by reference in such registration statement.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Covered information as used in this paragraph includes any and all information concerning a student by which a student may be individually identified and includes “Covered Information” as defined in 105 ILCS 85/5 as amended, “School Student Records” as defined in 105 ILCS 10/2 and “Personally Identifiable Information” as defined in 34 C.F.R. 99.3. For purposes of this Addendum Customer Personal Data (as defined in the Agreement) will have the same meaning as Covered information.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Demand Registration shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

  • Registration Statements means the Initial Registration Statement and the additional registration statement as proposed to be filed or as proposed to be amended by the post-effective amendment to be filed shortly prior to its Effective Time, and (iii) "Prospectus" shall mean the prospectus included in the Registration Statements.

  • Confidential means confidential financial information concerning offeror’s organization and data that qualifies as a trade secret in accordance with the Uniform Trade Secrets Act NMSA 1978 57-3-A-1 to 57-3A-7. See NMAC 1.4.1.45. As one example, no information that could be obtained from a source outside this request for proposals can be considered confidential information.
