Managed Router Services definition

Managed Router Services means the Services described as such in the Order Form;
Managed Router Services means the Services described as such in the Order Form; “Marks” means a trademark, service mark, trade name, logo or other indicia of origin that serves to identify a Party, its products or services;

Examples of Managed Router Services in a sentence

  • If Customer purchases Managed Router Services of any type, which may include Managed Router with Advanced Security Services or any other similar product offering (referred to individually and collectively, as “Managed Router Service(s)”), this provision shall apply.

  • Following a third consecutive SLA failure of a site’s Managed Router Services to meet any SLAs associated with the Managed Router Service in a twelve (12) month period, the Commonwealth will have the right to immediately terminate the site’s Managed Router Services and Internet Access Services at no cost.

  • Managed Network Services (MNS) include Managed Router Services and Managed Firewall Services.

  • Managed Firewall Services are intended for customers receiving either Vendor’s Data Network Services or Managed Router Services where Firewall Services are required.

  • Unapproved claims are recorded to the extent of costs incurred and include no profit.

Related to Managed Router Services

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
