Managed Services Specification definition

Managed Services Specification means the specification for the Managed Services as described in the Statement of Work
Managed Services Specification means Annexure A. Non-Excludable Guarantee means a non-excludable guarantee implied by the Australian Consumer Law.

Examples of Managed Services Specification in a sentence

  • Within five (5) Business Days of such notification the Customer shall test the Managed Services in accordance with the User Acceptance Tests (as defined in Schedule 3) to confirm that they function in material conformance with the Managed Services Specification.

  • If the Managed Services fail in any material and critical respect to conform to the Managed Services Specification, the Customer shall give the Supplier a detailed description of any such non-conformance (“Error”) in writing, within the five (5) Business Day review period.

  • The Customer shall only be entitled to reject any of the Test Success Criteria on the basis that, and by detailing the manner in which, the specific Test Success Criteria require the Supplier's System or the Managed Services to function and perform in a manner which is outside the scope of the Service Requirements or the Managed Services Specification.
