Management Consulting definition

Management Consulting means an advisory service performed in investigating and identifying management problems related to the policy, organizational, operational, administrative or technical aspects of an enterprise or organization; recommending solutions to these problems; and/or assisting in their implementation;
Management Consulting means advisory or services comprising consultancy to organisations in the areas of vendor development, marketing assistance, capacity building etc. and excludes IT Hardware and Software networking etc.
Management Consulting means the development, refinement, and coordination of a strategy to support a client's business direction, positively affect business performance, and improve an operating result, in a field such as business planning, operations, information technology, marketing, finance, and human resources.

  • Customers Utilizing MFMP: All Customers who utilize MFMP must use the MFMP Sourcing application for creating RFQs under the Management Consulting Services State Term Contract.

  • The Customer shall select at least one contractor available under the Management Consulting Services State Term Contract and authorized to provide the type of service being requested, to which to send its RFQ.

  • Customers Not Utilizing MFMP: Customers who do not utilize MFMP shall create an RFQ document each time they desire to solicit management consulting services and shall send the RFQ document electronically via email to at least 25 contractors (or all contractors if fewer than 25) available under the Management Consulting Services State Term Contract and authorized to provide the type of services being requested.
