Management Escrow Amount definition

Management Escrow Amount means an amount of cash in U.S. Dollars equal to the product of (i) the Management Percentage multiplied by (ii) the Escrow Amount.
Management Escrow Amount means that portion of the Escrow Amount to be contributed by Management, which amount will be provided to Buyer three (3) days prior to the Closing.
