Management Incentive Compensation Program definition

Management Incentive Compensation Program means the Management Incentive Compensation Program approved by shareholders on May 18, 2012, as such may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan or program that replaces the Management Incentive Compensation Program.
Management Incentive Compensation Program means the Amended and Restated Management Incentive Compensation Program approved by shareholders of ▇. ▇. Penney Company, Inc. on May 19, 2017, as such may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan or program that replaces the Management Incentive Compensation Program or if there is no such plan, the annual bonus program applicable to the Executive at the relevant time.
Management Incentive Compensation Program means the Standard Car Truck Company Senior Management Incentive Compensation Program dated October 24, 2006.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Executive has elected to defer under the Corporation’s Mirror Savings Plan (or any successor plan) a portion of the annual incentive to be paid under the Corporation’s Management Incentive Compensation Program for the fiscal year, then that portion of the Prorated Bonus will be deferred and paid in accordance with the terms of the Corporation’s Mirror Savings Plan, and the remaining portion of the Prorated Bonus will be paid in a lump sum under this Section.

  • Annual Bonus You will be eligible to receive an Annual Bonus in accordance with the terms of the Genlyte Management Incentive Compensation Program as modified to reflect the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement (as modified, the “Genlyte MIC”).
