Management Services definition

Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

More Definitions of Management Services

Management Services means the services specified in SECTION 2 - Services (Clauses 4 through 7) as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 6 through 8, 10 and 11, and all other functions performed by the Managers under the terms of this Agreement.
Management Services means administrative and aviation support services furnished under a fractional aircraft ownership program in accordance with a management services agreement under division (KKK)(1)(e) of this section, and offered by the program manager to the fractional owners, including, at a minimum, the establishment and implementation of safety guidelines; the coordination of the scheduling of the program aircraft and crews; program aircraft maintenance; program aircraft insurance; crew training for crews employed, furnished, or contracted by the program manager or the fractional owner; the satisfaction of record-keeping requirements; and the development and use of an operations manual and a maintenance manual for the fractional aircraft ownership program.
Management Services means a self-service administration tool hosted by Entrust that is designed to help You manage Certificate(s) that may be made available to You by Entrust that enables You to manage the issuance, revocation, and expiry of one or more Certificate(s) issued to You as part of Certificate Services. Management Services are available in two (2) deployment and use models as may be described in the documentation: a certificate pooling model (“Pooling”) and a non-pooling model (“Non-Pooling”).
