Managing Members means: BR Springhouse Managing Member, LLC; BR Augusta JV Member, LLC; BR Oak Crest Villas, LLC; BR Waterford JV Member, LLC; BR VG Axx Arbor JV Member, LLC; BR Exxxxx Managing Member, LLC; BR Bxxxx Hill Managing Member, LLC; BR VG MDA JV Member, LLC; BR T&C BLVD JV Member, LLC; BR Lansbrook JV Member, LLC; and BR Orlando UCFP, LLC.

Managing Members means both HF and Skechers, each acting in the capacity as a Managing Member of the Company.
