Mandate and Roles Document definition

Mandate and Roles Document means that Mandate and Roles Document approved by the Shareholders/Limited Partners in accordance with the terms hereof, which Mandate and Roles Document shall set out the mandate of the Corporate General Partner and Limited Partnership, the Core Policies and any such other matters as are included therein;
