Mandate and Roles Document means that Mandate and Roles Document approved by the Shareholders/Limited Partners in accordance with the terms hereof, which Mandate and Roles Document shall set out the mandate of the Corporate General Partner and Limited Partnership, the Core Policies and any such other matters as are included therein;
Mandate and Roles Document means a document required by APAGA and submitted to the Minister that provides a high-level overview of the principal governance of the University and how the University connects with government;
Mandate and Roles Document means the mandate and roles document of the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training Board developed pursuant to the Public Agencies Governance Framework and the Alberta Public Agencies Governance Act.
