Mandatory Completion Date definition

Mandatory Completion Date means the date by which Tenant shall satisfy all conditions for final disbursement to Tenant pursuant to §3.3 of the Disbursing Agreement, which date may be extended pursuant to the force majeure provisions of the Disbursing Agreement. The Mandatory Completion Date is set forth in the applicable subsection of Article 22.
Mandatory Completion Date means the date by which construction of a Development Project must be substantially completed, which date may be extended pursuant to the force majeure provisions of the Disbursing Agreement.
Mandatory Completion Date means the earlier of [i] the date which is 18 months after the Effective Date, provided that such date shall be extended by the number of days' delay caused by Force Majeure to the extent permitted under Section 5.2; or [ii] the completion date required by the Department of Health or any other governmental authority.
