Mandatory Deleveraging Event definition
Mandatory Deleveraging Event means, in relation to the Notes, any of the following, in each case as determined by the Determination Agent in its sole and absolute discretion:
Mandatory Deleveraging Event shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.9(a).
