The Supplier shall comply with the change from the date it takes effect, provided that if any change to the Mandatory Policies would materially increase the Supplier's obligations or costs under this agreement, the Supplier may, within ten days of the Customer's notice, request a proportionate increase to the Charges in accordance with the procedure in Clause 7 OR notify the Customer that it objects to the change in which case the change shall not take effect with regard to the Supplier.
