Mandatory Redeemable Obligation means an obligation of US Company or any of its Subsidiaries (or guaranteed by any of them) which must be redeemed or repaid (a) at a fixed or determinable date, whether by operation of sinking fund or otherwise, (b) at the option of any Person other than US Company or such Subsidiary, or (c) upon the occurrence of a condition not solely within the control of US Company or such Subsidiary, such as a redemption required to be made out of future earnings.

  • L/C Supportable Obligations means and includes obligations of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries incurred in the ordinary course of business as are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the respective Letter of Credit Issuer and otherwise permitted to exist pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
