Mandatory vaccination means a legal requirement to be vaccinated, and to provide proof of vaccination. Failure to comply with the mandate could result in consequences, such as being prevented from attending events, participating in certain employment, or receiving certain government benefits. Some provinces have already tried to impose vaccines on children as a requirement of their attendance at schools.
