Manor Care. Manor Care, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Manor Care has the meaning specified in the introductory clause hereto.

  • Manor Care shall, as soon as practicable after the Distribution Date, in accordance with Section 5.02 provide Choice with such additional information in the possession of Manor Care or a Retained Subsidiary and not already in the possession of Choice or a Choice Subsidiary as may reasonably be requested by Choice and necessary in order for Choice or a Choice Subsidiary to administer effectively the Choice International Hotels, Inc.

  • All notices or other communications required or permitted by this Agreement will be made in writing and all such notices or communications will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or (unless otherwise specified) mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: If to the Company: Manor Care, Inc.
