MANUAL CHANGING COPY SIGN definition

MANUAL CHANGING COPY SIGN means a SIGN, or that part thereof, on which the COPY can be periodically changed or rearranged by manual means. This definition does not include a BILLBOARD SIGN.

  • Fascia Sign means a sign attached to, marked or inscribed on, erected or placed against a wall forming part of a building, or supported by or through a wall of a building and having the exposed face thereof on a plane approximately parallel to the plane of such wall and includes a painted wall sign and an awning sign. A fascia sign shall not include any other sign defined in this By-law unless otherwise stated;

  • E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.

  • Signature Date means the date of signature of this Agreement by the Party last signing;

  • the Signature Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Party signing last in time;

  • Facsimile means an exact copy or likeness which is electronically transmitted for instant reproduction.

  • Witness Signature Witness Name:

  • Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Signature means a tangible symbol or an electronic signature that evidences the signing of a record.

  • Canopy sign means any sign that is a part of or attached to an awning, canopy, or other fabric, plastic or structural protective cover over a door, entrance, window or outdoor service area. A marquee is not a canopy.

  • E-SIGN means the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), as it may be amended from time to time, or any applicable additional or successor legislation that governs the same subject matter.

  • Authorized Contact is a representative authorized by Customer to request service changes using procedure outlined herein.

  • Manual means a document or a set of documents that provide written instructions to staff of the Owner;

  • Flexographic printing means the application of words, designs, and pictures to a substrate by means of a roll printing technique in which the pattern to be applied is raised above the printing roll and the image carrier is made of rubber or other elastomeric materials.

  • Print means an object of visual art which is created by any of the following processes:

  • Directory Sign means a sign listing the tenants of a multi-tenant industrial building containing at least two distinct tenant units which sign includes only the municipal address and a list of tenants or occupancies for identification purposes;

  • Floor seam sealer means any product designed and labeled exclusively for bonding, fusing, or sealing (coating) seams between adjoining rolls of installed flexible sheet flooring.

  • Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.

  • duly sign means a Declaration Certificate for Local Content that has been signed by the Chief Financial Officer or other legally responsible person nominated in writing by the Chief Executive, or senior member / person with management responsibility(close corporation, partnership or individual).

  • Manual brachytherapy means a type of brachytherapy in which the brachytherapy sources (e.g., seeds, ribbons) are manually placed topically on or inserted either into the body cavities that are in close proximity to a treatment site or directly into the tissue volume.

  • Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.

  • Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.

  • Signatory means an individual who authenticates a record and is bound by its terms.
