  • Reserve Prices During Voltage Reductions and Load Shedding PJM proposes to revise the parallel provisions describing the real-time reserve prices when PJM has initiated either a Voltage Reduction Action or a Manual Load Dump Action (Special Actions) in a Reserve Zone or Reserve Sub-zone.
