Manual Release definition

Manual Release means a pin, lever, handle or other device to allow for a hand or foot operated release in the event of a power failure.
Manual Release to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, is accomplished by the Escrow Agent making available the Subscription Agreements (and contact information) for collection by the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, respectively. The Escrow Agent shall not break the seal or otherwise open any boxes that were delivered to the Escrow Agent sealed and such boxes shall be released by the Escrow Agent with the original seal intact.
