Manufacture Facilities definition

Manufacture Facilities means the various manufacture facilities of the Seller, its Affiliates or any sub-contractor, where the Airframe or its parts are manufactured or assembled.

  • The Buyer’s Inspector(s) will be entitled to conduct any such Inspection at the relevant Manufacture Facility of the Seller or the Affiliates and where possible at the Manufacture Facilities of the sub-contractors provided that if access to any part of the Manufacture Facilities where the Airframe manufacture is in progress or materials or parts are stored are restricted for security or confidentiality reasons, the Seller will be allowed reasonable time to make the relevant items available elsewhere.

  • Exception: In the RR zone district, if activity exceeds the limits established for a Cannabis Manufacture Home Occupation permit as defined by SCCC13.10.XXX, import of cannabis for manufacture is subject to the requirements as provided in SCCC 13.10.XXX, Cannabis Manufacture (B) Cannabis Manufacture Facilities in all Residential Zone Districts (17)(a)(i).

  • It is expected that at least 160 POs will be included in this campaign, with representation from all parts of BiH and all listed subsectors.The advantage should be given to legally registered businesses with annual financial statements, especially the limited liability companies (doo’s) and cooperatives over the associations and crafts, but the latter can be included as well.

  • Except for the information that is made in the directory of licensee ( include the name of the organization, the address of the organization, the address of the Manufacture Facilities, the Product Certification Scheme applied and name / certificate number of the product(s), the validity of the certification and the enquiry details – enquiry person / telephone / fax number / e-mail address / web-site address ), all other information of the Licensees are considered confidential by the Council.

Related to Manufacture Facilities

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Health care facilities means buildings, structures, or equipment suitable and intended for, or incidental or ancillary to, use in providing health services, including, but not limited to, hospitals; hospital long-term care units; infirmaries; sanatoria; nursing homes; medical care facilities; outpatient clinics; ambulatory care facilities; surgical and diagnostic facilities; hospices; clinical laboratories; shared service facilities; laundries; meeting rooms; classrooms and other educational facilities; students', nurses', interns', or physicians' residences; administration buildings; facilities for use as or by health maintenance organizations; facilities for ambulance operations, advanced mobile emergency care services, and limited advanced mobile emergency care services; research facilities; facilities for the care of dependent children; maintenance, storage, and utility facilities; parking lots and structures; garages; office facilities not less than 80% of the net leasable space of which is intended for lease to or other use by direct providers of health care; facilities for the temporary lodging of outpatients or families of patients; residential facilities for use by the aged or disabled; and all necessary, useful, or related equipment, furnishings, and appurtenances and all lands necessary or convenient as sites for the health care facilities described in this subdivision.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
