Manufactured home community or mobile home park means a manufactured home community or mobile home park as defined in section 562B.7.
Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".
Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
Mobile home means any dwelling that is designed to be made mobile, and constructed or manufactured to provide a permanent residence for one or more persons, but does not include a travel trailer or tent trailer;
Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant, or otherwise to primarily residential or recreational purposes.
