Manufactured home construction and safety standard definition

Manufactured home construction and safety standard means standard for the construction, design and performance of a manufactured home. This standard is set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 24, Part 3280, 3282, 3283, and 42 USC 5401. ET SEQ, as mandated in the United States of America and as administrated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Agricultural equipment includes but is not limited to equipment associated with livestock or crop production, horticulture, or floriculture. “Agricultural equipment” includes but is not limited to tractors; trailers; combines; tillage, planting, and cultivating implements; balers; irrigation implements; and all-terrain vehicles.

  • Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".
