Manufactured Homes definition

Manufactured Homes or Structures means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term ``manufactured home'' does not include a ``recreational vehicle''.
Manufactured Homes. There are no deemed cost-effective geothermal heat pump measures in manufactured homes. BPA will provide no deemed credit/reimbursement.
Manufactured Homes means more than one Manufactured Home. For purposes of clarification, a “Manufactured Home” does not include a recreational vehicle.

Examples of Manufactured Homes in a sentence

  • None of the Mortgaged Properties are Manufactured Homes, log homes, mobile homes, geodesic domes or other unique property types.

  • None of the Collateral consists of, or is the Proceeds of, As-Extracted Collateral, Consumer Goods, Farm Products, Manufactured Homes or standing timber.

  • None of the Collateral consists of, or is the Accessions or the Proceeds of, As-Extracted Collateral, Consumer Goods, Farm Products, Manufactured Homes, or Standing Timber.

  • Any such blanket policy shall be substantially in the form that is the industry standard for blanket insurance policies issued to cover Manufactured Homes and in the amount sufficient to cover all losses on the Contracts.

  • With respect to each Manufactured Home that has been repossessed in connection with a defaulted Contract, the Servicer shall either (i) maintain one or more Hazard Insurance Policies thereon or (ii) self-insure such Manufactured Homes and deposit into the Certificate Account from its own funds any losses caused by damage to such Manufactured Home that would have been covered by a Hazard Insurance Policy.

  • Those terms include a manufactured home as defined in subdivision (53) of Section 9-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code which is real property as defined in Section 5-35 of the Conveyance and Encumbrance of Manufactured Homes as Real Property and Severance Act.

  • None of the Collateral consists of, or is the Proceeds of, As-Extracted Collateral, Consumer Goods, Farm Products, Manufactured Homes or standing timber (as such term is used in the UCC).

  • The Servicer agrees to pay all reasonable costs and disbursements in connection with the perfection and the maintenance of perfection, as against all third parties, of the Certificateholders' right, title and interest in and to the Contracts (including, without limitation, the security interests in the Manufactured Homes granted thereby).

  • Subject to applicable law, the Servicer shall repossess, foreclose upon or otherwise comparably convert the ownership of Manufactured Homes and Mortgaged Property securing all Contracts that come into default and which the Servicer believes in its good faith business judgment will not be brought current.


More Definitions of Manufactured Homes

Manufactured Homes means housing units that are largely assembled in factories and then transported to sites of use. Manufactured housing loans include both manufactured housing installment sales contracts secured by security interests in manufactured homes (and, in some cases, by liens on the real estate on which the manufactured homes are located) and mortgage loans secured by first liens on the real estate on which manufactured homes are permanently affixed.
Manufactured Homes means any mobile, modular and manufactured homes.
Manufactured HomesWith respect to each Mortgage Loan secured by a manufactured home: (i) the manufactured home is permanently affixed to a foundation which is suitable for the soil conditions of the site; (ii) all foundations, both perimeter and interior, have footings that are located below the frost line; (iii) any wheels, axles and trailer hitches are removed from the manufactured home; (iv) the Mortgage Loan is covered under a standard real estate title insurance policy or attorney’s title opinion or certificate that identified the manufactured home as part of the real property and insures or indemnifies against any loss if the manufactured home is determined not to be part of the real property. In no event shall any Mortgage Loan be secured by a mobile home;

For floodplain management purposes the term “manufactured homes” also includes travel trailers or other similar vehicle placed on a site for greater than one hundred eighty days. For insurance purposes the term “manufactured home” does not include park trailers, travel trailers and other similar vehicles.

  • Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.

  • Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

  • Manufactured dwelling means a residential trailer, a mobile home or a manufactured

  • Manufactured/mobile home means either a manufactured home or a mobile home;

  • Agricultural equipment includes but is not limited to equipment associated with livestock or crop production, horticulture, or floriculture. “Agricultural equipment” includes but is not limited to tractors; trailers; combines; tillage, planting, and cultivating implements; balers; irrigation implements; and all-terrain vehicles.

  • Park model recreational vehicle means a unit that:

  • Commercial vehicle means a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer used or

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Antique motor vehicle means every motor vehicle, as defined in this section, which was actually

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
