Manufacturer Change definition

Manufacturer Change has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1 of the AGTA.
Manufacturer Change shall have the meaning described in Article 13.1.1.
Manufacturer Change is any change to the Aircraft, data relating to the Aircraft or testing of the Aircraft that, in each case, is (i) required by the JCAB, the FAA or the EASA to obtain the Type Certificates or (ii) required by the JCAB to obtain an Airworthiness Certificate or an Export Certificate of Airworthiness.   • If delivery of an Aircraft is delayed due to the incorporation of a Manufacturer Change or an Operator Change, the delivery of the Aircraft will be appropriately revised to reflect such delay.

  • This Agreement will also be revised to reflect appropriate changes in the Aircraft Price, design, performance, weight and balance due to the incorporation of a Manufacturer Change or an Operator Change.

  • A Manufacturer Change is defined as any change to an aircraft, data relating to an aircraft, or testing of an aircraft required by the FAA to obtain a Standard Airworthiness Certificate or by the country of import and/or registration to obtain an Export Certificate of Airworthiness.

  • If delivery of an Aircraft is delayed due to the incorporation of a Manufacturer Change or an Operator Change, such delay shall be an Excusable Delay.

Related to Manufacturer Change

  • Successor manufacturer means a manufacturer that acquires, succeeds to, or assumes any part of the business of another manufacturer as the result of any of the following:

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Original manufacturer means the original component manufacturer, the original equipment manufacturer, or the contract manufacturer.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stages of the construction of the vehicle which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Design Change is a change in work and/or materials shown in the Schedule of Items and described in Plans or specifications that has been mutually agreed to in writing or ordered by Contracting Officer. Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
