Manufacturer Delivery definition

Manufacturer Delivery means the date the Aircraft was delivered by the Manufacturer to Lessee, and accepted by Lessee, pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
Manufacturer Delivery means any documents, report, test, or other product contemplated under the Specifications as being provided by the Manufacturer at any stage in the bid and/or construction process.
