Manufacturing Forecast definition

Manufacturing Forecast shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1.1.
Manufacturing Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2. ​

Manufacturing Forecast means SEPRACOR's estimated worldwide demand for the Product for the [**] months following the date of the forecast. The first such Manufacturing Forecast shall be provided on or about December 31, 2004 and each December 31 thereafter.
